If you think you do not have the time or the skills or the patience (or whatever your reason is!) to wrap up your presents, I have a solution for you. The idea is simple yet so effective,
giftelope offers you some envelopes ready to go and to do the job flawlessly for you. Not only the giftelopes are doing a very good job at gift wrapping, they are so cute! Love the designs Ladybug Hugs, Cupcake and Tugboats.

Time saving: totally priceless! I don’t know about you but at
Milk and Honey® we love it when something works out providing a handy method for dealing with a problem.

Just discovered this brand new cake company
Lu lu &
Grace making these yummy colourful cakes to treat our little ones when birthdays or parties are at the rendez-vous…
We had to share it with you!
Lu Lu & Grace can design your own and also creates cakes for any other special occasions such as Christmas, Easter, Christenings or naming days for you little chickens…
Playing with shades and textures is such fun in the world of interior design and deco. Decorating should be fun and incredibly enjoyable, if you are unsure or are looking for ideas, tips and inspiration, I would recommend you to visit the Housetohome website which is an Ali Baba Cavern when you are looking for expert advice.

I particularly loved the clever and chic hints from their rubric “style idea” especially the two latest subjects the first one being about rejuvenating your living room and the second one being about beautifying your home with gorgeous natural materials that as you well know I am very fond of!
They have chosen linen and stone which are working in harmony together. As every natural material the possibilities are endless with them and it is what I find so special about them whether it is stone, wood, cotton, wool or linen etc., they all embellish one another so well, there is nothing like this! What a great website!

I’ve been trying to find out a way to bring the Milk and Honey bee buzzing over to the blog. If you look up at your address bar you’ll now see the little chap at the beginning of the url.

If you don’t know, this is called a Favicon and here’s a simple way to add it to your blog. And if you’re stuck with creating one, have a look at www.favicon.co.uk where you’ll find a generator.
A little bit of code that just finishes off your site – perfect!
As a lot of women, I love shopping. If you are looking on the net for a base to start navigating through really lovely shops, Sheerluxe is a luxury guide for online shopping, you will find listed there pretty much all the finest retailers online such as Fashion, Beauty, Interiors and so on… It is definitely worth a visit…
Lots of people have contacted us asking about the developers of our site,
www.milk-and-honey.co.uk. I’d like to say we did it all ourselves (we wish!) but we have used a local development company called
Sequence.
Sequence are based in Cardiff, and have a large portfolio including Torchwood and Dr Who. From day one they impressed us with their brand awareness, forseight and technical ability. They were key in transforming the Milk and Honey ethos into a functioning brand and of course website.

Some of you may have noticed that we’ve been making some changes to the blog today. With so much going on in the
Milk and Honey world, we’re trying to cram in as much as possible so we’ve decided to expand the blog.
Basically, we’ve added another column on the left hand side to accommodate some new up and coming features. If you’re interested in doing the same – follow
this fantastic guide.
I guess you’re wondering what new features we’ll be adding? Well… you’ll just have to wait and see! ;-)

We’ve made a few changes to the
Milk and Honey site over the last few days. We wont bore you with the
techno babble but you may find that some of the links from
Google searches or on this site may not work when browsing through to the online shop. It should only be a matter of time before these are re-indexed and updated..!

Everyone loves the photos on
Milk and Honey website, so many of you have been complimenting us and I must admit that it is always so nice to hear positive and lovely comments about anything about us, our brand, our philosophy, our products, our service, our photos…
Thanks to you all, it is so refreshing, without positive or constructive feedback, we would not have been able to come so far!
The photos on Milk and Honey website were taken by photographer Dean Euden. Dean has worked on many projects (interiors, weddings, musicians to name a few) and is always looking for new additions to his portfolio so if you like his work or would like to see more please
contact us and we’d be happy to put you in touch with him.

On Friday, I found a fantastic website by chance!
Bodie and Fou sells stylish and unique items for interiors from the EU. I personally love the gorgeous
ceramic lamp “Belle” designed by Flavia Del Pra, it is truly different but so warm, it is to me a special piece that finishes off a room ( like a sublime piece of jewellery on a very simple outfit…).
I spoke with Karine Kong (one of the two sisters who owns Bodie and Fou and Where did you buy that) and I still think it was incredible because we seemed to have so much in common (one of them being French) although we never met. Perhaps it is simply about a state of mind and sharing views, taste and ideas. Who knows?
Anyway we simply got on very well and it has left me with such a lovely feeling!
