My brother in law Neil is taking part in the Asics 10k London Run on Saturday 6th July. Neil has chosen Epilepsy Bereaved as his charity which is something very close to both our hearts.

The urge for clearing all the clutter accumulated during the long months of winter has arrived! It is something quite frenetic when it strikes me, it has to be done IMMEDIATELY. Marketing departments must have read me like a book as I received 3 bags (Salvation Army, Scope and National Blind Childrens Society) to collect my unwanted clutter through my letter box yesterday…
